Not happy with a purchase? Don’t worry! We gladly provide store credit (NO RETURNS SORRY!) Here’s how it works:
-To receive store credit your receipt is required.
-As certain styles sell out fast, we currently only offer store credit which expires after 30 days.
-Merchandise must be shipped back to us within 7 business days after you have received the purchase.
-Merchandise must not be worn, stained, altered, or washed.
-Merchandise must have all original tags attached and be sent back with their original packaging.
-If you received free shipping at the time of the purchase we will deduct the shipping cost from your store credit.
-You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
-Please note, we are not responsible for any damaged, undelivered packages, or if you input the wrong address at the time of purchase, please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of purchase.
-Discount codes may not be combined.
-Shipping will be processed 1 to 4 business days after receiving customer’s order.
-You will receive a confirmation number once your order has been completed.
-You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
*Please keep in mind that merchandise purchased on sale, with discount codes, flash sales, makeup, bodysuits, intimate wear, accessories, are all FINAL SALE. Do not send back any item that apply.
